Following the traditions and expertise learned at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. and twenty years of extensive high-end restaurant and four star hotel experience, Chef Paul brings his exuberant passion for chocolates and baking to a new level at his own artisan boutique.  Each of the magnificent products are created in small batches with the finest and freshest ingredients from around the world!
